I made this cake for my niece/God daughter for her wedding 3 years ago in Haliburton, Ontario. The flowers on this cake was a last minute addition to the design....when I saw her bouquet, I thought...those flowers will look nice on the cake! So I asked her if I could have a few...luckily they had some extra.
It looked great! The only thing was, since this was not part of the original design, I didn't have the gadgets with me to keep the flowers fresh....so at the time of the reception, the flowers were not fresh anymore....
